An legal training method? Or even allowed for the ladder?

Now that there is much going on in RC2 i thought i give it a try too. Fastly i got tired of driving 3 tracks before all the time and so i got this method of training. Wouter once told me about some stuff where he was able to play Roms on the console. Now i have the idea to do a Rom where Red Canyon 2 is for example the first track of King cup and not the 4th. It would not be that hard to change that. For training i think this is a really great idea, for those who had such an cartidge or whatever is needed for playing Roms on console. But what about using such a Rom for setting prs and wrs? I mean, the player does not use an emulator here, but still a "rom".Of course it would make it easier to go for World Records like WL2.

It's perfectly fine as a training method, but not to set PRs on.

yeah, what BPA said. the PR that counts is the only one you need to set on the unedited game. you can practice anywhere.
